Celebrating Local Quilt Shop Day!


Need a day to finish some projects or help on UFO's? Come sew with friends at our One Day Retreat. DQS staff will be available to help with anything you need. We will also have seveal demonstrations throughout the day. Looking for a new, fun challenge? We will be demoing and working on the popular Disappearing Hour Glass 2 from Missour Quilt Star.


$20 includes your day of sewing, lunch from Zupa's all demonstrations and fun!

Delightful Seasons

These beautiful seasonal wallhangings are on loan to us during January. They feature changeable wool applique on a beautiful peiced background. Come in and see them! We have the pattern and a wide selection of wool so you can make some of your own.

Two For Tuesday



On Two For Tuesday, all fat quarters are just $2! And to sweeten the deal, if you buy 10, you get 2 free! We will cut fat quarters from any fabric.

First On Friday

The first person through the doors on Fridays gets to choose one fabric that will be 20% for the day!

Liz Lemon Swindle Art

This beautiful art by Liz Lemon Swindle is now at Davidene's Quilt Shop. We have several sizes available, including a set of 6 notecards with envelopes.


Beginner Quilting

Tuesdays 4PM or 5PM

$1 a week class fee. Bring your own sewing machine and a basic sewing kit.


Humanitarian Projects

Davidene feels that humanitarian and charity projects are important.

At times, we will have you bring in cans of food in exchange for fabric.

As often as possible, we will have a stock of humanitarian quilt kits that you can purchase, finish, bring back, and receive a refund. The finished projects will be donated to Summit County charities.
